The recurrent meeting of the International Relations Office with its coordinators

Under the supervision and presence of Prof. Azza Ismail Osman - Consultantto the President of the University for International Relations, and Dr. Mohamed Al-Refai - Director of the International Relations Office. IRO held the regular meeting on Sunday 27 December 2020 with the coordinators of international programs and the faculties.

The meeting was fruitful as they discussed the strategy of the university's internationalization and how the university could benefit from the various funding grants offered by international organizations to Egyptian researchers, in addition to discussing ways to raise the level of the university’s ranking internationally and develop an integrated plan to introduce various funding opportunities for projects of international programs.

The decisions and recommendations were positive as the coordinators were assigned to create a database of foreign supervisors to be used in supporting the university global ranking and  having the necessary regulations to raise the awareness of the staff members of the university concerning the agenda of international programs, projects and the registration dates through online workshops.

The closing discussions also resulted in the development of the ways for selecting a group of the staff members to train on how to apply for international projects and funded grants.
