1- Contributing to making Mansoura University a distinguished institution at the regional and international level in the fields of scientific research, exchange of professors and students, transfer of experiences and joint cooperation in all fields.

2- International Relations Office at Mansoura University works to activate scientific cooperation in the field of research and development with universities and international research centers and raise awareness of the importance of benefiting from grants at the level of the staff members, the assisting staff and undergraduate students, as well as encouraging exchanges at the level of students and professors and having a joint programs with international universities.

3- Strengthen the international relations of the university and faculties and facilitate access to research, educational and training opportunities for the staff members and their assistants and undergraduate and postgraduate students.

4- Improving the positive mental image of Mansoura University, its faculties, and the presented various programs to all parties at the regional and international level.

5- Enhancing the current administration of the university and the Ministry of Higher Education towards internationalization and international cooperation as one of the means of abilities building at the university.

6- Improving the abilities of students applying for grants at the university level to increase their chances of obtaining grants and increase their ability to compete and excel their rivals who are graduates from Egyptian, regional and international universities.

7- Supporting for establishing, activating, implementing and following up the various plans and programs to build institutional and individual capacities at the university level and follow up the implementation of all international agreements at the level of the faculties of the university .

8- Providing assistance and advice to the staff members and their assistants and students to take advantage of international cooperation and financing the available opportunities locally, regionally and internationally.

9- Raising the international ranking of the university.

10 - Attracting international students to study at the university within the distinguished educational programs.

11- Communicating with international bodies for quality and accreditation to exchange experiences and supporting the university to have the international accreditation.
